Every now and then you meet someone who has the talent and drive to change the world, and Mosie Trewhitt is one of those special souls. Some call her a "horse whisperer," others say she is an innovative thinker, creating an approach to working with horses of her own volition. She embraces a method of trust, creativity and "no force" (no bit, no bridle, etc...), working daily to establish and refine a "liberty" method of her own.
I feel lucky to have been able to capture her special skills and her incredible bond with Annie, India and Leah (her beloved horses). Horses are such powerful and beautiful creatures, and sharing a space with these magnificent animals took trust on all sides of the camera. It was an incredible collaboration.
